Chelsea’s striker, Tammy Abraham has joined Swansea City on a season-long loan after signing a new five-year deal with the Blues.
The striker will be managed by former Chelsea assistant first-team coach, Paul Clement.
Tammy scored 26 goals in all competitions during his time at Championship side, Bristol City, last season.
Abraham’s goal in a 2-2 draw against Sheffield Wednesday F.C, his 16th in the league, ensured he became the highest-scoring teenager in championship history.
The 19-year-old ended the campaign by picking up the Bristol City Player of the Year and Young Player of the year Awards.
